Perfect for families, friends, and team-building events, the Escape Cells experience will transport you to another time and place and challenge you to work together to solve puzzles and clues.
For $41 per person you'll also receive general entry to the Gaol before or after your Escape Cell experience.

Kids Escape Cells (8 years old and over)
Designed for kids to do themselves without the need for adults. Aimed at younger audiences, this experience is great for a group of friends or family.
For $31 per person you'll also receive general entry to the Gaol before or after your Escape Cell experience.

The Friendly Ghost (Easy) - Our ghost has been keeping everyone up at night with his mischievous and naughty behaviour. We need your help to find out what the name of our friendly ghost is so he can cross over to the other side!
The Captains Revenge (Medium) - Captain Ashton’s treasure has been stolen by rival pirate Captain Cut-Throat. Now is your chance to get it back after their ship was wrecked in a hurricane!
The Junior Detective (Hard) - A sneaky thief has managed to escape the Gaol undetected. We ask for your help to uncover what this escaped prisoner has planned.

How long do we have to escape?
Adults Cells- Set time limit of 45 minutes
Kids Cells- Set time limit 30 minutes
What time should we arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time to allow for an initial briefing. Late arrivals may result in time being deducted from your experience.
How much does it cost and what is included?
Adults Cells- $41 per person (includes self-guided tour fee)
Kids Cells- $31 per person (includes self-guided tour fee)
Will we be locked inside the cell?
While you will be inside an original gaol cell, at no point will the doors be locked and you can freely exit at any time.
How many people can participate?
Adults Cells- We recommend 3 people per cell due to the small size of the cells. You can have more people but you will have to pay in-person.
Kids Cells- We recommend 4 people per cell due to the small size of the cells. You can have more people but you will have to pay in-person.
Can kids do an escape cell without an Adult?
Our kids escape cells are designed for children to do without adult help. You are more than welcome to sit outside the cell and wait while the kids complete the escape cell. If adults want to go into the cell to help they will have to pay the escape cell fee of $30.
Do parents/children who are not participating also need to pay?
Anyone 4 years or older visiting the gaol is required to pay entry fees to enter. Remember, you can also complete a self-guided tour once you're inside!
Is there somewhere safe to leave my belongings?
Yes, we have lockers available to store your belongings whilst you complete the escape cell.
Are food and drinks allowed in the cell?
We prefer no food or drinks be taken into the escape cells except water.
Are we allowed our phones?
We prefer no mobile phones.
